Suzanne Young

Founder, Lawyer

Suzanne’s community involvement has included serving on several boards including the John Howard Society’s Moose Jaw Branch, the Crescent Park Foundation, Inc., and CAA Saskatchewan. She also sits as an alternate panel member of the Mental Health Review Panel for the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Suzanne is proud to call Moose Jaw home. She was called to the bar in 2005 and has spent her entire career serving Moose Jaw and the surrounding area. She is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, the Canadian Bar Association and l’Association des Juristes d’Expression Francaise de la Saskatchewan. 

In 2016, Suzanne earned her professional director designation (ICD.D) through the Institute of Corporate Directors and is currently the Canadian Bar Association representative on the Provincial Court Judicial Council.

Chelsey Maydanich

Office Manager and Executive Assistant

Aside from her professional life, Chelsey is an avid fan of the Saskatchewan Rush Lacrosse team, the Toronto Blue Jays, and the Saskatchewan Minor Hockey League.

Chelsey Maydanich was born and raised in Moose Jaw, and has spent most of her career in the legal service industry. She is the driving force behind the excellence that Suzanne Young Law aims to achieve for each of its clients.

Chelsey and Suzanne have been working alongside each other since 2007, and she has been an integral part of the team and its service ever since.
